We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedUS IT / Non-IT Recruiterto join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update job postings across internal platforms and external job boards
Screen and schedule candidates from multiple sourcing channels while maintaining a high interview attendance rate
Engage with candidates through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Conduct mass texting and email campaigns for follow-ups and interview scheduling
Review resumes and interview feedback to qualify or reject candidates
Act as the primary point of contact for candidate queries throughout the hiring process
Meet weekly targets related to candidate outreach, calls, and follow-ups
Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to manage candidate pipelines and onboarding schedules
Utilize recruitment tools such as ATS, HRIS, job portals, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn for talent outreach and promotions
